Peruz J.

Peruz J. has held a variety of roles in the mortgage industry since 2003. They began as a Branch Manager for Money Line America in 2003, and then moved to Certified Mortgage Planner for Diablo Funding Group in 2005. In 2007, Peruz J. took on the role of Branch Manager for Pro Capital Mortgage Corp. They then moved to Senior Loan Officer for Mason McDuffie Mortgage Corporation in 2010. From 2012 to 2019, they were Branch Manager for Cal Coast Financial. In 2021, they became Branch Manager for Groves Capital, and in 2022, they were Originating Branch Manager for Excel Realty and Mortgage and Regional Director for CLEAR MORTGAGE.

Peruz J. attended the College of San Mateo from 1986 to 1988, studying Real Estate Finance.
