Barry Whelan serves as the CEO of both Excel Recruitment and Stelfox Tech Recruitment since May 2021, and is the Executive Chairman of Excel Recruitment, a company recognized as NRF RECRUITMENT COMPANY OF THE YEAR 2016. With a career in recruitment that began in 1991, Barry Whelan has held various managerial positions, including Head of Retail Recruitment at Calibre Recruitment and managerial roles at Brown Thomas and Dunnes Stores. Barry Whelan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of South Wales, earned between 1991 and 1994. Excel Recruitment has evolved into a multifaceted organization dedicated to providing a skilled workforce and preparing candidates for future success, adapting to the dynamic landscape of work.
