Kari Goodwin, M.Ed., Ed.S. has extensive experience in executive recruiting operations within the sports, media, and entertainment industries. Kari currently holds a Principal role at Excel Sports Management and Nolan Partners, focusing on senior leadership positions. Prior to this, Kari worked at Korn Ferry and Buffkin / Baker, where Kari specialized in executive recruiting and workforce development. In addition to their professional experience, Kari also has a background in coaching and teaching English at Williamson County Schools. Kari holds a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and an Ed.S in Educational Leadership and Administration.
