Ganesh Prasad Hariharan

Ganesh Prasad Hariharan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and product development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Solutions and Product Development at Excelacom since September 2023. Prior roles include Principal Architect at Tech Mahindra and Consultant at Excelacom Inc., where responsibilities centered on defining solutions architecture for new product development and managing complex business changes for communication service providers. Ganesh has demonstrated expertise in creating end-to-end solution designs and leading cross-functional teams in understanding business requirements from multiple perspectives. With a solid foundation as a Solutions Architect at Excelacom Technologies and a Business Analyst/Solution Designer at Tech Mahindra, Ganesh has effectively contributed to various processes, including Lead to Cash and Trouble to Repair, while initially developing system-level products at Tata Consultancy Services. Ganesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Adhiyamaan College of Engineering, obtained in 2004.
