Dave Durenberger

Dave Durenberger is the Director at Excelen. Dave has over 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on orthopedics. Dave has a proven track record of successful recruitment, strategic planning, and developing new lines of service. Dave is passionate about patient education and engagement, and has used their platform at Excelen to improve outcomes for patients.

Prior to their current role, Dave served as the Senior Practice Manager for the Department of Orthopaedics at Hennepin County Medical Center. In this role, they were responsible for the operations of a busy trauma and elective orthopedic practice. Dave also oversaw the recruitment of physicians and other healthcare providers, as well as community partnerships and outreach initiatives.

Dave has also served on the Advisory Board for Tamarack Habilitation Technologies, Inc., where they provided healthcare market strategy for an innovative pressure ulcer reducing and prevention materials technology. In addition, they have held senior leadership positions at the Institute for Athletic Medicine and Thrivent Community Crossroads.

Dave also attended MARION MILITARY INSTITUTE and HENNEPIN COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER. Dave has a Mini MBA in Health Care from UNIVERSITY OF ST. THOMAS.
