Balakrishnan Ranganathan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and business development. Currently serving as Chairman at Excelencia since January 2008, Ranganathan has spearheaded the organization's growth in areas such as staff augmentation and software development. In addition to the role at Excelencia, Ranganathan holds positions as President at Auctus Technologies, an entity that focuses on the M&A division of Excelencia, and as a member of CorporateConnections® Chennai. Ranganathan also invests through The Chennai Angels and has been the CEO of Excelencia Inc since 2012. Previously, Ranganathan was Director of Operations and Business Development at SRINSOFT TECHNOLOGIES. Ranganathan holds an MBA in Systems and HR from ICFAI and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from PSG College of Arts and Science.
