Capt Fazley Rabbi M.

Capt Fazley Rabbi M. currently serves as Port Operations Manager at Excelerate Energy since December 2019. Previous roles include Person in Overall Advisory Control at Shipload Maritime, Nautical Instructor at IMTA Dhaka, and Marine Surveyor at Interport Maritime Ltd. Capt Fazley possesses extensive maritime experience, having held positions as Master at WALLEM SHIP MANAGEMENT and A.P. Moller - Maersk, as well as serving as Chief Officer and Third Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in HRM from the University of Dhaka, an MBA in HRM from Atish Depankar University of Science and Tech, a Higher National Diploma in Nautical Studies from SOUTH TYNESIDE COLLEGE, and a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Science from National University. Capt Fazley is also a certified Marine Surveyor.
