Riaz Mohammad Mohiuddin

Riaz Mohammad Mohiuddin, MIMarEST (UK), is a Marine Engineer at Excelerate Energy since June 2021 and a proud member of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST) since July 2024. Riaz has been actively involved with the International Transport Worker's Federation (ITF) Seafarers' Trust and the Bangladesh Merchant Marine Officer's Association since March 2017 and January 2017, respectively. Additionally, Riaz has contributed to volunteer initiatives in Bangladesh since February 2017, focusing on empowerment through volunteerism. Previous engineering experience includes roles as an Apprentice Engineer with Sinotrans & CSC Holdings Co., Ltd. and an IT Support Specialist with the Mercantile Marine Department. Education includes a Bachelor of Maritime Science (Engineering) from Marine Academy, Bangladesh, and prior certificates from Hazera-Taju Degree College and Nasirabad Govt. Boys High School.
