Emily Carmichael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and procurement. Currently serving as Managing Consultant and Lead Consultant at excelerateds2p since March 2020, Emily has also contributed to Quire Voices as Treasurer since 2011. Previous roles include Committee Member at Basingstoke Amateur Operatic Society, Procurement Technology Manager and Acting Procurement Technology Manager at Centrica, and Procurement Consultant at British Gas. Emily began a career in public service as an Oil Markets Economist for the Department of Energy and Climate Change in 2009, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bath, obtained in 2011.
