Rich Capen

Rich Capen joined Excelfore as Chief Financial Officer in 2016. Rich had worked in a similar capacity with this same management team at MARGI Systems, a multimedia systems company, helping to engineer its successful sale to Harman International. Prior to joining Excelfore, Rich was a Managing Director at VCFA Group, a pioneer in secondary private equity, a General Partner with Capstone Ventures and an associate with a small private equity firm. He holds an MBA from Wharton and a BS in Finance from Penn State.
