Zachary Patterson

Zachary Patterson has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Zachary began their career as an Engineering Intern at Natick Soldier Research Development and Engineering Center, where they conducted extensive testing on prototypes and collaborated with engineers to improve products. Zachary then worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Barnett Research Group, where they designed experiments on Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) performance. Zachary then joined Saint-Gobain Innovative Materials as a Research Engineer I, where they established understanding of solid oxide fuel cell stacks and contributed to increasing power density. After that, they moved to SAGE Electrochronics, Inc. and held the positions of Research Engineer II and R&D Pilot Line Operations Manager, where they gained experience in research and development operations. Zachary then worked at Research Electro-Optics as a Thin Films Process Engineer II, focusing on thin films processes. Currently, they are with Excelitas Technologies Corp., where they hold the role of Thin Films Process Engineer III and Team Lead.
