Dustin Gaspard

Dustin Gaspard is an experienced technology leader currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Excella, where responsibilities include leading a cloud modernization initiative for a client with over 2,000,000 users, overseeing the entire product delivery lifecycle. Previously, Dustin held the position of Executive Director of IT Project Delivery at Tulane University, managing project delivery and coordinating with security and operations teams. With a background that includes roles as Technical Development Leader at GE Digital, Agile Coach at Capital One, and Senior Backend Developer at Geocent, Dustin has developed programs to enhance software engineering skills and diversity representation, while also mentoring and guiding teams across various projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southeastern Louisiana University.
