Keith Mealo

Keith Mealo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and engagement management, particularly within government contracting and technology modernization efforts. Currently serving as a Senior Engagement Manager at Excella, Keith leads diverse teams on prominent projects, including the Div4 Continued Modernization and Enhancement project for DHS ICE, and has successfully transformed processes into secure, cloud-based solutions. With a solid foundation in Agile methodologies, Keith has previously held roles such as Engagement Manager, Lead Consultant, and Senior Consultant, where contributions included the development of integrated systems and the facilitation of Agile transformations. Prior experience spans positions at Lattice FMC Inc, IMTAS, RiskMetrics Group, Time Warner Cable, and Thomson Financial, focusing on business analysis, technology reference models, and operational excellence. Keith holds an MBA in International Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
