Marwa Ahmed's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Food Technologist trainee at the Laboratory of physico-chemical analysis of water and later at the Military Hospital of Bizerte. In 2011, they became a Hygiene Manager at HYGIATECH SERVICES.

In 2017, Marwa joined Matrix Clouds for Integrated Solutions as a Sales and Marketing Manager and Responsable Business Development Senior in the Translation sector. In 2018, they worked at Bioplast as a Responsable technico-commercial and Responsable qualité produits, and at Gepro's as a Quality Management Manager.

In 2013, Marwa began working at BOUKHARI PRINCE MEDICAL as a Quality Control Specialist and later became a Commercial and Client Satisfaction Manager, Hygiene Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, and Visual Management Officer. Additionally, they worked as an Audit and Continuous Improvement Manager, where they developed and implemented audit programs and led continuous improvement initiatives.

Marwa also worked at Excelledia Ventures, starting in 2020, as a CEO Office Manager, Tendering Manager, and Head of Customer Knowledge Management. In this role, they developed and implemented strategies to capture and analyze customer knowledge, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and managed the development and submission of winning proposals and bids.

In 2023, Marwa joined isorobot as the Head of Customer Knowledge Management.

Marwa Ahmed completed their Master's Degree in Medical Technology, Hygiene Health and Microbiology at the University of Science and Health Technology from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, they received a Certificate of Best Industrial Hygiene Practices from CTP MAGHREB. The same year, they also acquired skills in Communication and Team Management from IIFEE. In 2013, Marwa obtained a Business English Certificate BEC from the British Council. In 2019, they attended EFF to study Problem Solving Methods. Additionally, Marwa completed their Master's degree in Human Nutrition from the Health and Science School between 2011 and 2013.
