Solen Maheo is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in contract law, compliance, and legal affairs management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Excellence Logging since February 2020, Solen previously held the same title at TechnipFMC, where responsibilities included establishing a legal framework for the Coflexip Products Division and enhancing legal risk management processes. Prior legal experience spans roles at SERIMAX-VALLOUREC, SANOFI, Arianespace, and Lexcorp-Abogados, focusing on contract negotiations, legal risk assessments, compliance, and energy law. Solen holds a Master’s Degree in International Investment, Trade and Business Law from the University of the Western Cape and a Master in Droit des Affaires from Aix-Marseille University.
