Elise Wilber

Elise Wilber is currently serving as a Talent Service Assistant I at FTI since September 2025, following an internship in Human Resources at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, where support was provided to the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams. Academic involvement includes serving as a Peer Mentor, Front Desk Student Worker, and Orientation Leader at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, effectively engaging with a diverse student body to address their academic and personal needs while facilitating campus integration for newcomers. Additionally, Elise held leadership roles as Vice President of Chapter Life and Communications for Alpha Xi Delta during 2024. Elise Wilber is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, expecting to graduate in May 2025.
