Bernhard Lehnertz

Bernhard Lehnertz is a seasoned professional in the field of stem cell engineering with extensive experience in research and academia. Currently serving as the Director of Stem Cell Engineering at ExCellThera since September 2021, Bernhard previously held the position of Research Associate at the Institut de recherche en immunologie et en cancérologie (IRIC) from November 2010 to September 2021. Prior to that, Bernhard completed a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Experimental Medicine at The University of British Columbia, during which time Bernhard was a Graduate Student from January 2003 to November 2010. Earlier academic training includes a Diplom in Biochemistry from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, completed between 1997 and 2002, during which Bernhard was also a Graduate Student at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology from May 2001 to September 2002.
