Erika Gruszewski Mph

Erika Gruszewski, MPH has a wealth of experience in research and health education. Erika has worked as a Research Coordinator in the Department of Clinical and Social Sciences in Psychology at the University of Rochester and as a Diabetes Researcher and Health Educator at Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Currently, Erika holds the position of Manager, Research Insights at Excellus BCBS, where Erika leads a team in delivering stakeholder satisfaction and loyalty research. Erika also manages cross-functional projects to support Voice of Customer and Customer Experience initiatives.
