Greg F. has extensive work experience in various roles related to software engineering solutions, data science platforms, virtual assistants, and AI/chatbots. Greg is currently working at Excellus BCBS as the Director for Software Engineering Solutions in the Analytics, Data & Technology department. Before that, they were a Senior Technical Product Manager at Nike, focusing on Data Science Platforms-as-a-Service within the Enterprise Architecture team.

Greg also had a role as a Product Manager for Intelligent Virtual Assistants at Humana, where they contributed to the Enterprise Service Strategy. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Product Owner for Conversational AI/Chatbots at Paychex, as well as an Innovator for Intelligent Virtual Agents at Thomson Reuters, specializing in WestlawNext for the Legal & Government Technology department.
