Joy Auch

Joy Auch has a diverse work experience. Joy started their career in 2001 as a Medical Reporter at Charleston Gazette, where they worked until 2003. Joy then joined Democrat and Chronicle as a Business Health Reporter from 2003 to 2006. Joy then transitioned to Excellus BCBS, where they held various roles, including Regional Communications Manager from 2006 to 2017, Manager of Internal and Strategy Communications from 2018 to 2021, Director of Communications from 2021 to 2023, and currently serves as the Vice President of Communications.

Joy Auch pursued their undergraduate education at Syracuse University from 1997 to 2001. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Newspaper Journalism and Political Science. In 2006, Auch furthered their education at Nazareth University, where they completed their Master of Science degree in Management in 2010.
