Kathy Cupo

Kathy Cupo is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering, project and program management, and business efficiency leadership. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Solutions & Business Efficiency Director at Excellus BCBS since November 2016, Kathy is responsible for strategy development, implementation, and oversight of technology projects. Previous roles include Director of ERP Implementation and IT Manager for Data Services at Excellus BCBS, as well as positions at Vuzix Corporation, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, and Xerox, where Kathy managed complex projects and coordinated cross-functional teams. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
