Sady Alvarado-Fischer has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion work. Sady currently serves as the Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Excellus BCBS, where they lead a team and ensures that DEI is integrated into the company's long-term strategic plan. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the same company, where they were responsible for creating and sustaining a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture.
