Renata Spada

Renata Spada is currently the Group Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Global Chief Diversity Equity Inclusion Officer at ENGIE, a role held since 2018 where responsibilities include talent management, development, staffing, and overseeing the ExpAND Project, a global talent program. Prior to ENGIE, Renata served as the Human Resources & Communication Group Director at SNA Europe from 2006 to 2017, managing HR coordination across 25 countries in Europe, Latin America, and Australia. Renata's earlier experience includes positions as International Management Control and Tax & Financial Manager at EDF, Senior Tax & Corporate Lawyer at LafargeHolcim, and Senior Tax Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Renata holds multiple advanced degrees in fields related to human resources, law, and management, having studied at prestigious institutions such as Université Paris Dauphine and the University of Warwick.
