Sue Plummer

Sue Plummer has over two decades of extensive experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management within various industries, including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. At Excellus BCBS, Sue currently serves as Vendor Manager for Marketing & Sales and previously held the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager for Corporate Administration, IT and Finance. Prior roles include strategic global supply chain procurement at CooperVision, management of IT vendor contracts at ITT Corporation, and strategic sourcing at Corning Incorporated, where Sue successfully leveraged global packaging spend and negotiated complex contracts. Additional experience includes a senior engineering role at Boston Scientific, where Sue managed innovative packaging projects, and a manufacturing engineer position at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy. Sue Plummer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
