Tamra James

Tamra James has extensive experience in real estate and operations management, currently serving as a Government Programs Implementation Lead at Excellus BCBS and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Canalside Realty LLC. Previously, Tamra held various roles at KTB Capital LLC, including Senior Vice President, where responsibilities spanned project management, team leadership, and systems administration for real estate asset management. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Gentleman Farmer, overseeing operations for a sustainable grooming products company, and managing multiple apartment communities as a Senior Associate. Tamra began a career in real estate with Midland Management as a Property Manager after earning a Bachelor of Business in Marketing/Advertising from Mercyhurst University.
