Ian J.

Ian J. is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in data engineering and infrastructure. Currently serving as President at Excelsior Bay Ventures since March 2023, Ian previously held multiple leadership roles at Truepill, including Head of Data and Manager of Data Engineering, where responsibilities included managing teams and developing AIML infrastructure. Ian's technical expertise is complemented by experience as a Staff Data Engineer, contributing to complex financial reporting and systems development at Truepill. Additionally, Ian has a strong background in curriculum development for data science education at 2U and has worked with notable companies such as Surest, Cludo, and Optum in various data engineering and software roles. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Iowa State University.
