Christina Walden

Christina Walden has extensive experience in mental health and social services, currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist I and a Certified Peer Counselor Supervisor at Excelsior Wellness since September 2018. Previous roles include the Eastern Washington Region Representative for the National Association of Social Workers Washington Chapter, where responsibilities involved reporting to the Board of Directors and representing social workers in the region. Christina has also worked as an On-call Social Services Assistant at Avalon Care Center, performing assessments and discharge planning for residents. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University, alongside an Associate of Arts degree from Community Colleges of Spokane. Christina's early career involved roles in customer service and technical support.
