Kitara Johnson-Jones

Kitara Johnson-Jones is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Excelsior Wellness. Kitara has over 15 years of experience in human resources and development. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Development Officer at Excelsior Wellness, the Vice President of Education Services at Excelsior Wellness, and the Director of Multicultural Affairs at the Community Colleges of Spokane. Kitara has also held positions as the Human Resources Training and Development Director at Excelsior Youth Center and the Outpatient Support Services Supervisor at Excelsior Youth Center. Kitara Johnson-Jones is a passionate advocate for youth and has dedicated their career to helping young people reach their full potential.

Kitara Johnson-Jones has a MA in Organizational Leadership & Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Workforce Development and Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Kitara is certified in eCornell Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.

They are on a team with Scott Davis - Chief Operating Officer, Karin Potter - Executive Director, Excelsior Wellness Center, and Tara James - Chief Medical Officer. Their manager is Andrew Hill, CEO.
