Otis Stokley

Otis Stokley has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in supportive and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Certified Peer Supporter at Excelsior Wellness since June 2020, Otis previously worked as a Case Manager at Freedom Consulting, LLC from February 2021 to December 2022. Prior experience includes serving as an Office Assistant and Human Resources personnel at Airtech Abatement Technology Inc., where responsibilities included payroll, issue resolution, public interaction, and bill collection. Earlier roles involved warehouse management at Haskins Steel and as a Hazmat Loader at Carlile Trucking Company, focusing on inventory management and customer service. Otis holds multiple degrees from the University of Phoenix, including a Master’s Degree with a concentration in Human Services, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies, and a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Juvenile Corrections, as well as an A.A. in Small and Large Business Management from Hutchison Career Center.
