Tanner Johnson

Tanner Johnson is an experienced therapeutic recreation specialist currently employed at Excelsior since July 2017. Prior roles include lead retail associate at Volunteers of America and challenge course practitioner across multiple organizations such as Waterhouse Center Inc. and Northwest Teambuilding, where Tanner excelled in facilitating challenge courses and creating safe learning environments focused on trust, leadership, communication, and teamwork. Tanner's educational background features a Bachelor's Degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management and a minor in Challenge Course Management and Leadership from Eastern Washington University. Tanner has also gained experience in recreation assistance, inventory control, and maintenance technician roles across various organizations.
