Deepu Joseph completed their High School education at Baselios English School, Devagairi, Kerala. They then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Mahatma Gandhi University from 1999 to 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Biochemistry at Bangalore University from 2002 to 2004.
