Mr. Bruce W. served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations at Exceptional Healthcare Inc., where they oversaw operational and clinical delivery and worked closely with senior executives to improve patient care. Prior to that, they were the COO at Neighbors Health System, LLC, where they played a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction and managing a large team of professionals.

In their military career, Mr. McVeigh served as the COO/Executive Leader at III Corps US Army Headquarters, coordinating daily staff operations and overseeing a budget of over $950 million. Mr. Bruce W. also held the position of Healthcare System CEO at the 1st Medical Brigade, where they led a combat medical unit and provided advisory support on healthcare issues. Mr. Bruce W. then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Healthcare Business Strategy and Executive Leadership from the National Intelligence University in 1996. In 2006, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Executive Business Leadership Studies (Healthcare Administration) from the U.S. Naval War College. Throughout their career, they also obtained various certifications, including Healthcare Management Diplomat from the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2014 and Defense Support of Civil Authorities DCSA Phase I and II from the US Army in 2010.
