Kimberly Majors

Kimberly Majors, SHRM-CP, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kimberly started their career at Robert Half International Inc, where they advanced from a Staffing Manager to a Branch Manager, overseeing a $2 million branch. Kimberly then worked at American Express Financial Advisors as a Director of Recruitment, managing the recruitment process for Financial Advisor positions.

Afterwards, they joined Comcast (formerly AT&T Broadband/MediaOne) as a Recruiter, responsible for managing the full recruiting process for both hourly and salaried positions. Subsequently, they partnered with Branch Manager at BBSI, opening and establishing the Fresno office, where they provided consultative support to multiple clients in the areas of payroll administration, recruitment, and training.

Kimberly then worked at Kingsburg District Hospital as a Human Resources Director, tasked with turning around the organization, but the facility was eventually closed under new leadership. Kimberly went on to become a Human Resource Manager at Alvarado Group Services, Inc./Century Builders, LLC, where they played a pivotal role in elevating the HR department from an administrative role to a strategic partner within the organization.

Prior to their current role, Kimberly served as a Human Resources Manager at Geil Enterprises Inc, overseeing multi-division needs related to federal and state regulations, recruitment, staffing, and safety programs. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Exceptional Parents Unlimited, Inc.

Kimberly Majors, SHRM-CP, PHR completed their high school education at Fresno High School, graduating in 1979 with a focus on college preparation. Kimberly then attended Fresno City College from 1980 to 1981, studying Business Administration and Management. Kimberly has also obtained several certifications, including SHRM-CP in 2015, PHR in 2020, and additional certifications in 2017 and 2019 through the HR Certification Institute and SHRM.
