Horia Stanciu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2015, they started their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Motorola Solutions, where they developed a server application using C# and participated in customer demonstrations.
After that, Stanciu worked at THG as a Software Engineer, where they played various roles such as Lead Software Engineer, Line Manager, and Tech Lead. They were responsible for developing new features and changes for e-commerce websites, conducting A/B testing, and ensuring mobile-first development.
In 2019, Stanciu joined the Ministry of Justice UK as a Frontend Angular Developer on a contract basis. They worked on frontend development for the organization until 2021.
Additionally, Stanciu co-founded two companies. In 2021, they co-founded Exchange Art, and in 2023, they co-founded Code Canvas.
