Jeff Owen

Vice President / Economic Development Lending at Exchange Bank

Jeff Owen has an extensive work experience in the banking and real estate industries. Jeff started their career at Union Bank in 1987, where they managed relationships and provided financing for various real estate projects. In 1992, they moved to Dai Ichi Kangyo Bank, where they managed a portfolio of high-rise offices, multifamily apartments, and hotels. Jeff then joined Exchange Bank in 1994 as a Vice President, where they focused on originating and closing construction and permanent loans. In 1999, they became the Vice President of Finance at Aegis Assisted Living, responsible for financing new projects and re-finances. In 2004, they joined Christopherson Homes as CFO, overseeing funding and financial success. Finally, they returned to Exchange Bank in 2008 and held the positions of Vice President and Vice President/Economic Development Lending.

Jeff Owen attended California State University, Fresno from 1983 to 1986, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. It is also known that they later attended the University of Washington, although no dates or degree details are provided.
