Mary Leonard-Wilson

Ms. Leonard-Wilson joined Exchange Bank in July of 2020. She has over 20 years of community banking and executive experience including senior level responsibility in areas of credit and commercial lending, commercial loan origination and loan portfolio management. Ms. Leonard-Wilson was a member of the founding team of executives of Presidio Bank and served as its chief credit officer until 2019. Ms. Leonard-Wilson holds a bachelor's degree from Colgate University in English. She has served in leadership and board capacities for several community and non-profit organizations, including the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber of Commerce and Western Bankers Association's Lenders Conference Task Force.
