Alanah Wiberg

Alanah Wiberg is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Senior Corporate Counsel at Exchange Income Corporation since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Torys LLP from February 2021 to September 2025, and as Legal Counsel at Pembina Pipeline Corporation from March 2018 to February 2021. Alanah also held associate positions at Torys LLP and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP from 2016 to 2018 and 2013 to 2016, respectively. Alanah began the legal career at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as an Articling Student and Summer Student. Alanah's education includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Alberta (2010-2013) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Alberta (2004-2009). Additionally, Alanah served as VP External for the Rocky Mountain Business Seminar from 2008 to 2009.
