Bob Giordano

Bob Giordano is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking, particularly in the life sciences sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Life Sciences Group at Exchange Listing LLC since July 2023, Giordano focuses on origination and client development for IPO preparedness and execution. As President of The Giordano Group Inc. since February 2014, and President of Network 1 Financial Securities since March 2012, Giordano leverages retail and institutional distribution capabilities. Previous roles include Managing Director of Investment Banking at Forge Financial and Jesup & Lamont, where Giordano specialized in life science investment banking. Giordano holds a BA and LLB in History and Law from St. John's University.
