Manager, Loyalty And Retail Analytics at Exchange Solutions

Sisi W. has a diverse work experience in the field of analytics. Sisi started their career at Riverland Research in 2014 as a Data Analyst. In this role, they worked closely with clients to understand their requirements and proposed solutions. Sisi also handled data migration and performed tasks such as data validation, cleansing, transformation, and aggregation. Sisi also built models using data mining techniques and conducted various analyses for launching loyalty programs. Sisi generated reports and provided ad hoc business reporting support. Sisi worked at Riverland Research until November 2015.

After that, Sisi joined Just Energy in December 2015 as a Business Analyst. The duration of this role was from December 2015 to March 2017.

Currently, Sisi is employed at Exchange Solutions, where they have held multiple roles since joining in 2018. Sisi started as an Analyst in Loyalty Analytics in November 2018 and worked until July 2019. Sisi then advanced to the role of Senior Analyst in Loyalty Analytics from August 2019 to March 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead in Retail Analytics, starting in April 2022, and their tenure in this role is ongoing.

Sisi W. completed their Master's degree in MMA- Master of Management Analytics from Queen's University in the year 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Waterloo from 2009 to 2013, majoring in Maths with a focus on Financial Analysis and Risk Management.

In addition to their formal education, Sisi also obtained a certification in "Advanced Topics in Management Analytics: Measuring Causal Impact" from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University in November 2022.
