Matthew Fleischer

Matthew Fleischer currently serves as Funds Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Officer at Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC since May 2021. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Vice President Compliance at Goldman Sachs from July 2017 to May 2021, where responsibilities included assisting with the oversight of compliance programs for various fund types and conducting due diligence on third-party subadvisers. Previous experience includes Associate Counsel positions at Ameriprise Financial and SunAmerica Mutual Funds, focusing on compliance and regulatory filings. Matthew began their career with legal internships in bankruptcy courts and has also worked on political campaigns. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
