Gavin Exon possesses extensive leadership experience across multiple roles in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as President & Managing Director at Exchanger Industries Limited since May 2012, Gavin Exon has previously held positions as Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations, focusing on fabricating heat exchangers and enhancing project management processes. Prior to this, Gavin Exon managed integrated systems engineering at Global Thermoelectric and developed project management techniques while serving as Program Manager. Experience at General Motors and Ford Motor Company provided a strong foundation in quality engineering and body shop processes. An accomplished academic, Gavin Exon holds degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MBA from Haskayne School of Business and additional certifications from Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
