Pateel Ashjian

Pateel Ashjian is the Corporate Counsel at ExchangeRight. Pateel has a long history of working in various legal positions that have given their a wealth of experience to bring to their current role. Pateel started their career as a production editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Pateel then became a legal extern for the Tax Appeals Assistance Program before becoming an attorney at the Gourjian Law Group, P.C. Pateel's most recent position before joining ExchangeRight was as a real estate attorney with Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP.

Pateel Ashjian attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where they received their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in corporate law. Pateel also holds a BS from UC Irvine in international studies, business management. Pateel is a graduate of Providence High School.

Their manager is Joshua Ungerecht, Managing Partner. They work with Vance Lanoy - Systems Administrator, Adam Edison - Sr. Data Engineer, and Dave Van Steenis - Chief Financial Officer.
