Sam Susanin

Sam Susanin, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and investment management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Acquisitions at ExchangeRight Real Estate since May 2021, Sam has held various roles within the company, including Director of Acquisitions and Investment Manager. Additionally, Sam has been a Board Member at the Flahive Family Foundation since 2016. Prior experience includes positions at Principal Asset Management as Senior Investment Analyst and Investment Analyst, and as a Valuation Analyst at Situs. Earlier in the career, Sam worked as a Micro Enterprise Advisor with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and completed an internship as an Investment Analyst at Principal Asset Management. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from The College of Wooster.
