Alina Santosh

Alina Santosh's work experience includes roles in human resources. From May 2021 to November 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Excis Compliance. From December 2021 to July 2022, they served as a Human Resources Specialist & IT Recruiter at the same company. In August 2022, they became the Human Resources Team Lead (APAC) at Excis Compliance. Prior to this, from January 2021 to March 2021, they worked as an HR Coordinator at BuziBrAIns. Before joining Excis Compliance, they also worked as a Human Resource professional at Aashman Foundation from November 2020 to May 2021.

Alina Santosh completed their education from 2018 to 2021 at Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, obtaining a degree in B.M.S with a field of study in Human Resources Management. In addition, they also acquired several certifications in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Employee Compensation, Employee Performance Management, Managing Human Resources, Recruiting and Onboarding, Recruitment and Appraisal Management, and Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from various institutions including the University of Minnesota, Coursera, Jaipuria School of Business Indirapuram, and GIBS Business School, in the year 2020.
