Janene Tubbs

Janene Tubbs has over 29 years of experience in the credit union industry, currently serving as the Call Center Manager at Excite Credit Union since November 2019, after progressing from roles as Assistant Manager and Financial Center Manager within the organization. Prior to this, Janene worked at Black Hills Federal Credit Union, starting as a Call Center Representative and advancing to Branch Manager. Janene's career began at Sentinel Federal Credit Union as a Teller, providing a foundation in customer service and financial operations.
