Stefanie Mainstone has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role was as the Head of CRM at Exclaimer, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl) from 2021 to 2022, where they held positions as the CRM and Customer Engagement Lead, as well as the CRM and Email Marketing Manager. Stefanie was responsible for driving engagement across the funnel, supporting content and marketing efforts, and building the customer marketing function. Stefanie also has experience in higher education, having worked at Middlesex University as the Conversion and CRM Manager from 2019 to 2021 and as the UG Customer Experience Marketing Manager from 2017 to 2019. Stefanie started their career at Jonas Software, where they served as the ClubMinder Marketing Administrator from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they were a Deputy Manager at Ladbrokes from 2003 to 2013, handling high-stakes customers and working under pressure. Stefanie also worked as a Library Assistant at the University of Westminster and as a Lifeguard at Greenwich Leisure Ltd.
Stefanie Mainstone completed their education at various institutions. Stefanie attended Oxford College of Marketing from 2021 to 2022, earning a CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing. Prior to that, they studied at Middlesex University from 2015 to 2018, obtaining an MA in Marketing Management. Stefanie also attended London Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a 2/1 degree in Music, Media, and Business. Additionally, they completed a foundation degree in Fashion/Apparel Design at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, from 2004 to 2005. Earlier in their education, they completed A Levels at Mill Hill School from 2002 to 2004 and GCSEs at Henrietta Barnett School for Girls from 1996 to 2002. Stefanie Mainstone also obtained a certification in The Digital Customer Experience from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2021.
