Zsolt Polacsek

Zsolt Polacsek has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Zsolt started their career at Vodafone Hungary, where they worked as a Customer Care Representative and later as a Corporate Service Centre Specialist. Zsolt then ventured into journalism, working as a Journalist and Editor for Mobilarena.hu and Telecom magazin. After that, they joined Attention CRM Consulting Kft. as a CRM & Marketing Automation Consultant and later became a Consulting Manager. Zsolt also founded their own consulting firm called We are Consultants, offering impact-driven and success-oriented consulting services. Zsolt has also worked at Green Fox Academy as a Salesforce Mentor and at Profession.hu as Head of CRM and CRM and Sales Process Team Lead. Additionally, they played a significant role in the Hungary Salesforce User Group as its Founder and Leader. With strong expertise in CRM, salesforce automation, and consulting, Zsolt Polacsek has gained valuable experience throughout their career.

Zsolt Polacsek completed their education at the University of Óbuda from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they earned a Technical Management BSc. degree with a focus on Project Management. In addition to their formal education, Zsolt has also obtained several certifications from Salesforce. In July 2017, they became a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist. Later, in April 2019, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist certification. Most recently, in February 2021, Zsolt obtained the Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant certification.
