Khathu Nemangaya has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Khathu started their career as a Training and Development Consultant at Community Training Institute-CTI in 1996 and stayed in this role until 2005. During this time, they gained valuable experience in training and development. In 2005, they joined Pharmaceutical Healthcare Distributors (PHD) as a Human Resources Officer and stayed there until 2007. Khathu then moved on to RTT where they served as a National HR & Training Officer from 2007 to 2008. In the same year, they briefly worked as an HR Manager at Edcon before moving to Exclusive Books as the Head of Human Resources, where they currently hold a position.
Khathu Nemangaya pursued a Teachers' Diploma from Westminister College of Education from 1992 to 1994. Khathu then attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and obtained a BA (Hons) in Industrial and Organisational Psychology between 1997 and 2001. In 2003, Khathu completed a Certificate in Labour Relations from the same university. Khathu then continued their education at The Graduate Institute of Management and Technology - GIMT in 2011, where they earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management. In 2014, Khathu enrolled in the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika again and completed the Advanced Programme in Human Resource Management. Recently, in 2020 and 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at REGENT Business School, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
