Carmen Hill serves as the Head of People and Learning at Exclusive Collection, a role held since January 2013, overseeing a diverse array of properties including hotels, spas, and a golf club. Prior experience includes positions as Group HR Manager at CampbellGray Hotels from September 2007 to June 2011, HR Director at One Aldwych from January 2004 to September 2007, and HR Director at The Dorchester from 1986 to 2003, where responsibilities included training and development management. Carmen Hill's extensive background in human resources and talent development spans several prestigious hospitality venues.
