Audrey Turquois

Audrey Turquois has a strong background in tax and corporate roles. Audrey started their career in 2003 as an International Tax Adviser at Bouygues Construction, where they provided analysis and optimization of tax consequences for large projects in France and abroad. Audrey then joined Naval Group in 2011 as an International Tax Senior Manager. In 2015, Audrey became the Legal, Tax, and Corporate Group Director at Smartbox Group, where they oversaw various legal, corporate, and tax responsibilities. In 2020, they transitioned to Exclusive Networks as the Tax and Corporate Group Director. Audrey's expertise includes domestic and international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and transfer pricing.

Audrey Turquois obtained their LLM degree in International Taxation from Queen Mary University of London in 2003. Prior to that, they completed their DJCE degree in Business Law at the University of Poitiers in 2001. Additionally, Audrey completed a Master of Laws (LLM) specializing in International and EU Tax Law at Queen Mary University of London, although the end year for this degree is not specified.
